Our History
LUBICOM has played a major role in the rise of the kosher food industry. It was founded by Menachem Lubinsky in 1984 as a full service marketing firm, specializing in the targeted marketing of kosher products and services on a local, regional, and national scale.
In 1987, LUBICOM marketed the very first Kosher Food and Jewish Life Show, leading to its prominence in the marketing of kosher foods, marketing and management of trade shows, and ultimately producing its own events in major cities throughout the country. LUBICOM developed Kosherfest, the largest kosher trade show in the world, which singlehandedly raised the profile of kosher in the United States immensely. LUBICOM continues to co-produce and promote Kosherfest, which has grown to include thousands of exhibitors and attendees each year.
In addition, LUBICOM conducted surveys, research reports, location analysis, advertising campaigns and public relations for its esteemed clients. These have included Post Cereal, Coca Cola, Dannon Yogurt, Lea & Perrins, Welch’s, and Frito-Lay. While working on such celebrated clients, LUBICOM Kosher never lost sight of its ability to help small to midsize clients achieve their marketing objectives as well.
